Building a Single Platform Approach

This project we sought to expand the capabilities of the original Enertiv software, digitize the full scope of building operations to centralize systems and break down silos. For this app, we set out to provide asset teams transparency into everything that is happening at the property and provide a centralized repository for important documents.

We set out to make a platform that empowers our users, whether making capital planning goals or maintaining/repairing equipment and do it all in a centralized platform.

 
 

 
 

Competitive Analysis

We compiled research from competing services like UpKeep, Genea, LogCheck, and Angus Anywhere.

We took notes on where each platform was doing well, where we saw we could improve the experience, and how we could drive our single platform concept.

 
 
 

 
 

Consistency

Working off of the existing brand guidelines, I developed a style guide to be utilized across the platform from web to mobile app.

To further cement the brand, I developed a working icon font to be used in our mobile and web apps.

Evolving Product

While this project is still in the process of being completed, the updated flow and structure of the platform has provided a means to better evolve with the changing needs of an asset team. Though evolving, this still provides users with a single platform to manage an asset.

Created a flow to quickly capture user feedback on notifications based on sensor-collected equipment data.

A rule builder to allow users to define variables for automatic ticket approval, further streamlining the maintenance request process and providing a more efficient product for our users.
